Hotter temperatures, water sports and more time spent outdoors are just a few reasons that we see an increase in injuries this time of year. Children often suffer injuries from falls, bicycle/ skateboard accidents and a lack of proper water safety. But it isn’t just children whose injuries are on the rise during the summer. Plenty of adults sustain injuries from power tools, barbecues and outdoor sports. In addition, vacation season means more cars on the road which unfortunately often equates to more accidents. Use extra caution and common sense this summer in an effort to avoid a trip to the ER. If you do find yourself in an accident, give us a call. We are always here to help.
