We are excited to announce the hiring of Greg Parker, Attorney at Law. Greg is a lifelong resident of South Carolina. He was born in Columbia and grew up in the Chapin area. Greg received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, cum laude, where he majored in Accounting and earned a minor in Criminal Justice. He continued his education at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
While in law school, Greg was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and competed in the American Association of Justice and the Texas Young Lawyers Association national trial competitions. He clerked for a Columbia plaintiff’s firm that specialized in workers’ compensation and personal injury. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Amy W. McCulloch, Probate Judge, and Hon.Jacqueline D. Belton, Associate Probate Judge, at the Richland County Probate Court. While at the Richland County Probate Court, Greg had the opportunity to assist with and observe numerous hearings related to estate, guardianship, conservatorship, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters.
Following his judicial clerkship, Greg joined Kirby Law, LLC, a firm specializing in estate planning and probate litigation. In February of 2016, Greg joined the Law Office of Jerry Reardon where his areas of practice include both probate and civil litigation matters. When not in the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, playing golf, fishing, and watching Gamecock athletics.
