Attorney Gregory “Greg” Parker was born in Columbia, SC and grew up in the Chapin area. Greg graduated from the University of South Carolina, cum laude, in 2010 where he majored in Accounting and earned a minor in Criminal Justice. He continued his education the same year at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
While in law school, Greg was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and competed in the American Association of Justice and the Texas Young Lawyers Association national trial competitions. In his third year of law school, he clerked for a Columbia plaintiff’s firm that specialized in workers’ compensation and personal injury. Upon graduation, in 2014, he served as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Amy W. McCulloch, Probate Judge, and Hon.Jacqueline D. Belton, Associate Probate Judge, at the Richland County Probate Court. While at the Richland County Probate Court, Greg had the opportunity to assist with and observe numerous hearings related to estate, guardianship, conservatorship, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters.
Following his judicial clerkship, Greg joined Kirby Law, LLC, a firm specializing in estate planning and probate litigation. In February of 2016, Greg joined the Law Office of Jerry Reardon where his areas of practice include both probate and civil litigation matters. When not in the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, playing golf, fishing, and watching Gamecock athletics.
